‘Out of the way but not far away ‘
is how we like to describe
‘The Blacksmiths Arms’ at Plymtree
Nestled in beautiful countryside in the attractive village of Plymtree just a short drive off the A373 Cullompton to Honiton Road – we are really easy to find.
The Blacksmiths Arms is a traditional village pub where the atmosphere of true village life is very much alive. CAMRA has selected The Blacksmiths Arms for inclusion in the 2012 Good Beer Guide.
We stock a range of 14 local Ales selected from local brewers and always have at least 3 on tap at any one time. We also have an extensive wine cellar with wines chosen from around the world to reflect regional differences and tastes.
There are several activities to include skittles, pool, darts, boules, table tennis and a range of board and card games for our guests to take part in. Alternatively, you may want to take some time out, sit by the fire and enjoy conversation with our village locals – many who have moved to Plymtree from various parts of the country to be part of real village life.
Under Pub you will find pictures of both the Pub and Gardens, under Dining our daily menu and any themed evenings, under Takeout our Take Out Menu which is available all year round.
We are a Dog Fiendly Pub and below you can see pictures of our Leonberger Puppy who arrived here in March 2011.
We look forward to reading your contributions. Cheers!
Alan and Susie Carter
